Executive Director Clint Dudley is a parks and recreation professional who has been helping build healthy, happy communities through parks, programs, and partnerships for over 20+ years. Clint is a lucky husband and proud father of six. He’s a bicycle junkie, and baseball fanatic. Clint is passionate about coaching young people and growing their love for sports and lifelong active lifestyles.

Meet our Deputy Director, Katie. Originally from Iowa, Katie brings more than 25 years of experience in Parks & Recreation to the TRPR team. She’s a proud graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned her degree in Non-Profit Administration and Marketing. With a passion for community connection and a knack for making things look great, Katie has spent her career ensuring people know what’s happening and feel excited to get involved. When she’s not working her magic at TRPR, you’ll likely find Katie cheering on her two daughters at the softball field or basketball court, alongside her pretty terrific husband. Whether it’s at work or in the stands, Katie is all about bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.

Meet our Director of Golf, Jeff. Jeff is a University of Wyoming alumni and a former Engineer. In earlier years, Jeff raced motocross where he finished third in the state. His current hobbies include hunting, fishing, and attending his children’s sports activities. While on the job, Jeff accidentally hit the top of his head with a t-post driver (ouch!). Yep, it required stitches.

Meet our Golf Superintendent, Jarron. A University of South Alabama graduate, Jarron currently enjoys competing in sports, going hunting and fishing, and being outdoors in general. Interestingly, he is not fond of being in large masses of water such as oceans. Something unique about Jarron is that he shares the same initials as his mom, dad and sister.

Meet our Human Resource Manager, Shae. Shea is a Colorado Native who graduated college first generation with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Montfort College of Business. Shae has been working in the Parks and Recreation industry for about 13 years and loves being a part of an organization that is passionate about serving the community. In her free time you can see her spending time with her family!

Meet our Facility Manager, Crystal. Crystal grew up in Milliken and graduated from Roosevelt High School. She graduated college with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Crystal is married with four beautiful kids. She has been working at TRPR since 2008. Her favorite part of working here is the small “hometown” feel – “TRPR is like a part of my family!”

Meet our Event Coordinator, Michelle. Michelle is originally from Oregon where she graduated from George Fox University with a Business & Economics degree with an emphasis in Marketing. Michelle was a three sport athlete competing in volleyball, basketball and softball. She has been coaching both Youth and High School programs for 28 years. Outside of TRPR, Michelle can be found on her farm with her four girls and husband of 20 years. She enjoys camping, four-wheeling, a variety of outdoor activities as well as watching her girls compete in 4-H.

Meet our Golf Superintendent, LeRon. LeRon along with his wife Lori have lived in Milliken for the past 40 years. LeRon started his golf career working at the Mad Russian Golf Course in 1987 and has been working in the golf industry for the past 35 years. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their family and attending their granddaughters sporting events, bike riding and golfing. LeRon’s passion is keeping the Mad Russian Golf Course in great shape for the Milliken – Johnstown communities to enjoy for years to come.

Meet our Facility Maintenance Coordinator, Olivia. Olivia is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico and moved to Milliken over 20 years ago. She has been happily married for almost 30 years and has 5 amazing kids. Olivia has worked at TRPR since the MAC opened. Prior to working at TRPR, Olivia worked for the RE5J school district for 17 years. Olivia is always finding things to keep herself busy – whether it be crafting or creating something “artsy”. She is rarely seen taking a break. Olivia’s favorite thing about Colorado is seeing the mountains.

Meet our Parks Manager, Lance. Lance grew up in a small town in Northeastern Colorado. After High School, he played college baseball in Kansas for two years and then found his way to the University of Northern Colorado. Lance enjoys hunting, competitive sports, and coaching (he found his love for coaching here at TRPR 11 years ago!). A fun fact about Lance is that he actually worked at TRPR 13 years ago and he happened to meet his beautiful wife at TRPR. They now have three smart, active, and ornery children!

Meet our Events Center Manager, Ellen. Ellen grew up in Indiana, but always dreamed about living in Colorado. With a Bachelors in Tourism, Conventions and Event Management she volunteered for a variety of events in college such as the Indianapolis 500 and the Final Four basketball tournament. During the summer, you can catch Ellen doing pretty much any activity outside like hiking, paddle boarding, or playing golf with friends. You’ll always find a book in her purse and fun fact – she’ll never turn down a game of Scrabble!

Meet our Facilities Coordinator, Hunter. Hunter grew up in Milliken and Johnstown, and graduated from Roosevelt in 2019. He played all kinds of sports for TRPR for as long as he could, and eventually found himself back at TRPR, this time serving the community at the Milliken Pool and behind the front desk at the MAC. Hunter started with TRPR as a lifeguard in 2016, and hasn’t missed a summer since.That’s one thing about Hunter, he LOVES the sun, so be sure to catch him at the Milliken Pool all summer long.

Meet our Recreation Manager, Kathlene. Kat grew up in North Carolina on a military base. Her father retiring from the Marine Corps brought her to Colorado where she has lived ever since. She is a Roosevelt High School graduate and now raises her three children in this community with her husband. Kat’s favorite hobby is Photography. When she’s not working at TRPR she is more than likely at the fields supporting her kids sports and activities or taking pictures!

Meet our Recreation Coordinator, Erin. Erin grew up in Milliken and graduated from Roosevelt in 2019. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in the Fall of 2023 with a degree in English with minors in Digital Marketing and Writing/Publishing. Erin first began working for TRPR in highschool as a lifeguard and has returned every summer since. Erin also coaches TRPR’s cheerleading program and loves every minute of it!

Meet our Recreation Coordinator, Dante. Dante grew up in Texas and also lived in Evergreen, Colorado for 9 years before moving back to his home state. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Sports Management and played college baseball in Houston for 2 years before transferring to Arizona. Dante enjoys fitness, sports, coaching, and being with family and friends. Some fun facts is that he worked for the Kansas City Royals before joining TRPR and his younger brother is a professional baseball player within the Chicago White Sox organization.

Meet our Marketing Coordinator, Aleigha. A Northern Colorado native and former cross country, track, and soccer athlete, Aleigha’s lifelong love of sports has shaped both her personal and professional journey. She holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Sport Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Her passion for digital marketing and design fuels her work at TRPR, where she uses creativity to build connections and engage the community. That same love for sports and community also drives her role as a cross country coach at her high school, where she mentors and inspires young athletes. Outside of work, Aleigha enjoys spending time with friends and her two cats, Nelly and Jokic.

Meet our Pro Shop Coordinator Drew. Born and raised in Western Kansas. Drew is a Certified Chef, Train Conductor, Aircraft Fuel System Technician, and Dual-purpose Canine Handler. He moved to Colorado in 2008. He has served his Community, State, and Country for a combined 12 years between the Colorado Air National Guard and Foster Care. His family has given a temporary home to 24 children. He is married his wife Kate for 18 years and has 6 children. Helping people is Drew’s passion in life. He has worked a plethora of jobs but recently found his home with TRPR. Drew loves being outdoors, woodworking, camping and of course golfing. Fun fact about him is, he still owns the car he bought when he was 13 years old, it’s a V8 1964.5 Mustang.
